Cards

Turn on I send cards in Account → Cards. Then on each person's page tick who gets a card for their birthday, anniversary or Christmas.

Each year you track To get → Got → Sent; the reminder arrives a week before posting day (10 December for Christmas). Your card list shows everything outstanding in one place.

Key dates in your own calendar

From Key Dates, Subscribe (paid plans) puts every date in your phone's calendar with a status in the title — ✅ sorted, 🚚 on its way, 💡 ideas only, ⭕ nothing yet. It updates by itself and never includes gift names, so a shared calendar gives nothing away.

Long-press a single date to Add to my calendar as a one-off event instead.

Reminders

Account → Reminders & alerts: a nudge a week before each date, on the day, and a Christmas-prep reminder in November. Group alerts live there too.

Budgets: set one per person on their page and the money section shows what's committed, what's still to buy and what's done — and a forecast for the next twelve months.
