Safety

Something in a group that shouldn't be there, or an intimate image of you shared without consent: use the ⚑ Report action in the app, or the safety & reporting page, which works without an account. Intimate-image reports are decided within 48 hours, illegal-content reports within 72 hours, everything else within 7 days.

Appeals and complaints

Disagree with a decision we made? Email support@buymethis.online with your reference within 28 days and a fresh review decides it within 7 days. Complaints about how we handle safety in general are acknowledged within 5 working days and answered within 28.

Privacy

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, you can do both from Account inside the app. For anything else about your data, email support@buymethis.online. Our privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
